All are welcome!

You are welcome here, no matter who you are and where you are in your faith journey. Our motto is a House of Peace, a Home for All, and we mean it. We want you to be comfortable throughout your experience with us and our staff, ushers, congregation members are here to answer any questions you might have.

What should I wear?

The short answer is, feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable; we're just glad you're here! You will find people dressed in various ways at our worship service. Some men may be in suits and ties while other will be in dress pants or jeans. Women wear everything from dresses to slacks to capris. Our pastor has tattoos and often wears jeans. So we want you to wear whatever makes you comfortable and we can pretty much guarantee that you will find at least a few people similarly dressed. Whatever you look like when you walk through the door, we'll be glad you joined us!

Are Children welcome?

Peace Lutheran has a special place in our community for children of all ages as valued and beloved members of the Body of Christ. We welcome children, and we appreciate the sounds and activity they bring to this sacred space.

What about Holy Communion?

We celebrate Holy Communion weekly and practice open communion, meaning all who seek God’s love and are drawn to Christ are welcome to come receive bread and wine, the visible signs of God’s love. Grape juice is available in place of wine and those who require gluten-free bread, please let an usher know. Non-communing adults and children who desire a blessing can request that when they come forward.

Faith Formation and Fellowship

We're in the process of re-imagining and re-developing our faith formation programming. Stay tuned for exciting new opportunities to grow in faith and closer to God.

Following each service, a time for fellowship and hospitality is offered in the Fellowship Hall. This is a great opportunity to meet the people of Peace and learn more about us.
